What is WWWKanjiPod?
This page is a small web-based flashcard generator which was written for personal use for memorizing kanjis.
First of all, I shortly summarize the operation. It creates small images of kanjis, with its readings and
meanings, so you can download these pictures one by one or as a zip archive. After this step, the only
thing you have to do that syncronizing the images with iTunes.
History
I have bought a 2nd generation iPod nano since few weeks. I am really fond of it. However, its photoviewing
feature is not so cool as I expected. Therefore, I decided that I will not view photos on my Nano. After all,
It is a music player not a portable photo album! :-) Finally, I made up my mind to turn this feature to good
account and here we are. Now, I can memorize kanjis while I am listening music.

Requirements
- Internet browser with asian language support
- A photo capable iPod (nano, video or photo)
- iPhone or PDA
- A sync cable
- iTunes (optionally iPhoto)
How to use it?
It's easy. Go down to the generator form and follow the steps below.
- Decide how many cards you want to generate
- Select your iPod from the dropdown menu
- Change colors
- Press the big Let's go! button
Now you should see as many rows as you've chosen. Fill all the fields (stroke count optional) and press Generate.
After this step download the images to a temporary folder and sync that folder to iPod with iTunes.
